For this tutorial, we will use the Eclipse IDE environment, however it works with other IDEs (NetBeans, IntelliJ) and text First create an empty Java Project. Then, right-click the project and choose the ''Properties'' option. Now navigate to ''Java Build Path'' (in the left menu) and click the ''Library'' tab. Left click on the ''Add External JARS'' button and navigate and choose the JAR library.
